Sole Proprietorship: One man control is the best in the world if that one man is big enough to manage everything
The description ‘One man business’ or ‘one man control’ is sometimes considered as misleading one, as there may be more than one persons working as employees in the business..
It is assumed that one person’s capacity and efficiency is less than more than one! But it is not always true!
Efficiency and capacity are determined by background, experience, attitude, values, determination etc .
Keeping in mind this reality and the fact that many man -many minds-many outlooks more than one person could never perceive a single event from the same perspective.
Naturally it deserves single person to judge critical incidents from a connective perspective.
And in running the business this sense of connectivity is essential almost in every step of running the enterprise which can only be ensured by combination of managerial skills, human skill and conceptual skills.
Firms led by such multi skilled entrepreneur will always be ahead than others.
Thus, we may come to the conclusion that firm will logically be big enough if one person (leader/entrepreneur) is big enough(multi-skilled) to go ahead successfully since sole proprietorship has more financial and non-financial advantages than partnership, company or cooperative effort!
